Day 01: Cusco Adventure Itinerary – Arrival to Cusco and Discovering Andean Heritage

Day 02: Sacred Valley Itinerary – Exploring Peru’s Andean Valley & Inca Towns

With a good breakfast behind you, begin today’s adventure as you discover the Sacred Valley, one of the most amazing landscapes of Cusco region. Fertile valley created by river and encircled by impressive mountain ranges was essential for the development of ancient agricultural societies. This sacred valley tour combines wonderful nature, culture and traditions.

Your day begins with picturesque drives through the countryside and ends with arrival at the Taray viewpoint. You have an opportunity to enjoy the view of the Sacred Valley where fields, villages and peaks form an amazing landscape. Calmness of this place is perfect for the beginning of the day.

Day 03: Cusco Adventure Tour – Inca Jungle Tour – Adventure Through the Cloud Forests of Peru

Having a short break in Ollantaytambo, we go ahead by car towards the amazing Abra Málaga pass that is situated in the mountain range. At the altitude of 4,200 meters above sea level, we come to the starting point of our exciting bike tour. Guides give you all necessary information about safety precautions, equipment, and riding techniques.

Right after you start riding a bike, your adventure becomes very vivid and colorful. Passing from highland territory to the cloud forest, you can see amazing scenery that includes valleys, remote villages, orchards, winding roads, rivers, waterfalls and much more. This bike tour gives you not only fun but also unique possibilities to look closer at rural life and nature.

During a short stop in Huamanmarca village, you can have a rest and visit a small archaeological site with visible traces of ancient civilizations. Day 04: Andean Valley Trek – Inca Jungle Trails and Journey to Santa Teresa

The day starts early in the morning, post-breakfast, as the journey climbs slowly amidst the tropical landscape. This trekking adventure brings a stark difference from the ride of the previous day with a more relaxed interaction with nature. This route goes through the forested hills, valleys, and plantation areas where one comes across the rich flora and fauna of the south valley region.

On this route, your guide informs you about the different native plants, farming techniques of the locals, and interesting information on the Incas who used these trails to link different parts of highlands and jungles. The route passes through the old pathways that bring a harmonious interaction between the environment and the old trails.

There are coffee plantation fields, coca plantation area, and many fruit trees making it a very lively natural environment. There is a stopover during mid-day at Quellomayo for an afternoon lunch break amidst the family-like atmosphere and the garden setting. Rest stops include hammocks, shade, and natural surroundings.

The rest of the journey continues through gradual descents and crossing of rivers, eventually leading you to Santa Teresa.

Day 05: Aguas Calientes Experience – Zipline, Jungle Trail and Machu Picchu Access Point

In the morning, get ready for an awesome aerial adventure as you zip-line over the valley at 150 meters above ground level. Designed for fun, this system comprises five distinct zip-lines that run across impressive canyon lands and will take you through incredible scenery. Participants are secured to dual cables that are fixed between two mountain peaks, offering stable and fast crossing between several platforms.

While flying from platform to platform, participants can admire the environment that surrounds them. The combination of vegetation, river corridors, and the landscape below makes this moment one of the most memorable ones during the trip. Guides monitor each phase of the process in order to ensure a safe and exciting experience.

We leave for Hydroelectric in the afternoon. On our way, we can admire the amazing scenery with cloud forest and mountainous views. After having lunch, travelers will have some quiet time. In the afternoon, we will have a pleasant walk along railway corridor towards Aguas Calientes. This path provides peaceful landscapes and tropical vegetation with the growing excitement of the approaching destination.

Day 06: Machu Picchu Itinerary – Sunrise Experience & Cusco Return

On this early morning, the group participates in one of the most eagerly awaited experiences of the tour. Setting out at dawn, the trail takes us gradually up the mist-covered flora to reach the impressive archaeological site of Machu Picchu. The quietness of this period creates an amazing feeling of exclusivity, since the light of dawn will be revealing terraces, constructions and the mountain tops.

Once there, you will have a tour of the site conducted by an expert guide who will help you understand the history, architecture and cultural background of this unique site. During the tour of the site, the visitors will get to know about the ceremonial zones, the residential sector and the engineering skills of the Inca civilization which continue to amaze tourists and scholars to date. Next, move to Qorikancha, popularly called the Temple of the Sun, which is a significant archaeological site featuring amazing stone structures and rich history. Day 08: Peru Tour – Adios Cusco and Flying to Lima

Following breakfast and check out of your hotel, the team will organize your departure process in order to guarantee an easy and relaxing process for you. After that, we will transport you to your hotel lobby and escort you on the way to the airport. Your trip will pass through the city and will give you a last look at how people live in this city with the combination of old streets and modern flow of life, giving you the opportunity to see what this historical place can give you. There will be some free time if you have some to rest, drink a coffee and relax before your flight.

Once you arrive at the airport, our team will help you with all the necessary things so that you will feel comfortable going to your flight to Lima. On your way, you will be able to observe a beautiful scenery of this place from the plane. Once you land in Lima, you will have some time for yourself if your schedule allows it. You will be able to have lunch, go around or make some last shopping. For instance, tourists usually like going to Larcomar which is situated in Miraflores district and is famous for its oceanic view and boutiques.
